LEE has both internal and member-facing teams. Each team focuses on a different aspect of our work, such as elected leadership, policy and advocacy, or organizing. The most qualified applicants for these teams often have experience in one of those fields.

The team also identifies and cultivates talent in order to place members into fellowships and senior policy, advocacy, and organizing roles across the country.
