Types of LEE Coaching

1:1 Career Coaching: 3 months of active coaching available for mid- to senior-leaders seeking a new role in policy, advocacy, or organizing.

Career Onramp: A self-guided virtual module with optional coach feedback on work products. Learn more.

Executive Coaching: 6 one-on-one sessions for senior policy, advocacy, or organizing leaders over a 3 month period to enhance leadership and impact. Learn more.

90-Day Success Coaching: If you’ve landed a new policy, advocacy, or organizing role, access support for building relationships, aligning on goals and priorities, and exploring equity leadership.
