Types of LEE Coaching

  • Group Career Coaching: Recommended for early- to mid-career leaders seeking a new role in policy, advocacy or organizing, who want structure and connection with other members. Typically a 4-week interactive experience.

  • 1:1 Career Coaching: 3 months of active coaching available for mid- to senior-leaders seeking a new role in policy, advocacy, or organizing.

  • Career Onramp: A self-guided virtual module with optional coach feedback on work products. Learn more.

  • Executive Coaching: 6 one-on-one sessions for senior policy, advocacy, or organizing leaders over a 3 month period to enhance leadership and impact. Learn more.

  • 90-Day Success Coaching: If you’ve landed a new policy, advocacy, or organizing role, access support for building relationships, aligning on goals and priorities, and exploring equity leadership.

 

Who is Eligible?

All LEE members are eligible for career coaching. You’ll likely find value in coaching if:

  • You’re seeking a role in policy, advocacy, or organizing in the next year.

  • You’re already in a policy, advocacy, or organizing role and are seeking career advancement.

 

What Happens in Coaching?

  • Explore your short- and long-term plans and motivations.

  • Get feedback on your resume and cover letters.

  • Hear about job postings at organizations and government agencies sourcing LEE members.

  • Get connected with LEE members working in roles and at organizations that interest you.

  • Prepare for interviews and practice with your coach.
