We know that women are much less likely to stand up and run. Listen to LEE members Charli Cooksey, Sarah Koegler, and Melody Nguae-Tu'uholoaki talk about why they took the leap, acknowledging that they didn’t feel like they had the skill or were busy enough already with kids and life, and then realized that through their experience as teachers they already had all the skills they needed to lead.
