Texas is in need of support. This is how you can help.

Our thoughts are with all those who have been impacted by the serious weather conditions across the United States. We hope that you are staying safe and know that we are with you.

The state of Texas in particular has been hit hard by this winter storm. Home to over 5.5 million (almost 11%) of U.S. students, we’re especially mindful about how this tremendously diverse state with a large population of children & families are facing serious barriers and lack of access to resources.

We have gathered the following resources for those who are experiencing hardships as a result of the storm, as well as ways in which you can support our neighbors in Texas.

Please note: This is a living blog post & resources will continue to be added as we navigate this crisis. If you have any suggestions for additional support to include, please email digital@educationalequity.org.
