LEE One-Day Trainings*

LEE offers five different types of regional one-day trainings designed to address the diverse civic engagement interests of our LEE members.  LEE’s One-Day Trainings support members from a variety of backgrounds, from those interested in learning more about public leadership, campaign support, and volunteer organizing and advocacy roles to those interested in running for office, leading advocacy or organizing efforts, or pursuing high-level policy or government positions.

All trainings are free, and offer a unique opportunity to build your skills and network with other LEE members in your region. Trainings are ongoing and held in regions all over the country.

* LEE’s One-Day Trainings were formerly referred to as Rock Candidate and Rock Leadership Trainings. These two trainings are now referred to as LEE Candidate and Public Leadership Trainings and have been expanded into the five options listed above.

Partner Trainings

Recognizing the importance LEE members can play in public leadership, several prominent training organizations have partnered with LEE to provide candidacy, organizing, and advocacy support for LEE members.  Wellstone Action, The White House Project, and Democracy for America all offer slots for LEE members at discounted rates.
