Candidate Corner

Every year, more and more LEE members—committed to ending educational inequity—are running for political office. We want to make sure you know who these candidates are and how you can learn more about them.

We have compiled this list of LEE member candidates, election dates, position statements from their websites (when available) and information on how you can donate to their campaigns. As you can see from the information below, candidates prefer online donations and many candidates are not set up to accept checks in the mail. In addition, in order to satisfy federal and state reporting requirements, you will need to supply additional information regarding employment, citizen status, etc when you contribute. For the few candidates that do accept contributions via mail, there are usually additional forms to download online to include with the checks.

Please note that several of these candidates are in different phases of their campaigns and some have not yet set up websites, hired treasures, or established campaign committees. As we get closer to Election Day, we will update their information.
